There are a few things you need to consider when selecting a projector that will travel with you. First of all make sure it doesn't weight too much. Most portable projectors these days are under 10 pounds and some Ultra-Portable Projectors come in around 3 pounds.
Next make sure the projector is bright enough. You never can be sure what type of room you'll be presenting in so you'll want a projector with at least 800 lumens. If you anticipate a lot of light in the room then you will need even brighter. 1500 Lumens will work in virtually any setting.
